What are the delivery times for my order?
How can I return a product?
The return is at the customer’s expense and must always be communicated by email within 14 days of delivery to [email protected] specifying the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Products to be returned
- Photo of the products to be sent for the return (no photo of the packaging/website)
Afterwards, you will receive the information to correctly execute the return.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost starts from €5. The final cost depends on the total weight of the purchased products.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can pay in three equal monthly installments using the Pay in 3 option by PayPal or Klarna. The first installment will be charged at the time of purchase, while the remaining two will be charged in the following two months. PayPal or Klarna will notify you in advance before proceeding with the payment.
PayPal - Pay in 3 and Klarna are completely free services, provided that the installments are paid by the due date. If one or more installments are not paid by the agreed date, a late payment fee will be applied.
I have a problem with the shipping of my order
If you encounter an issue with the shipping of your order (e.g., order on hold, undelivered order, order marked as delivered but not actually received, etc.), please contact us at [email protected] specifying your order number.
I received a different product than the one I ordered
If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Order number
- Photo of the product you received
- Name and code of the missing item, in case your order consists of multiple items.
